EUR 39.5 per day. This price consists of 5.1) Aparment rent of EUR 25.9 5.2) Utility fee cap of approx. EUR 6.2 5.3) Workation infrastructure charge of approx. EUR 4.6 5.4) Platform fees of approx. EUR 2.8 5.5) NOT INCLUDED: Security deposit of EUR 777,- Hence, the monthly price of approx. This includes a high-end wide-screen 4K display for razor-sharp text, images, and videos with high pixel density, true HDR for maximum color range and image quality, a high refresh rate for optimal dual-monitor work as well as 16:9 streaming, integrated high-quality speakers, and a professional conference webcam with high resolution, autofocus and exposure control, and high-grade microphone quality with noise reduction and directional recording. The functional desk is electrically height-adjustable to allow standing work, offers an ergonomic workspace for optimal positioning, and features an integrated cable management system.
