Bookings are therefore accepted solely for these purposes and are only valid if the rental contract (?Contrato de arrendamiento de temporada por motivos profesionales o académicos?) is concluded within 7 days after booking, in which the tenant provides documentary proof of this legitimate use. EUR 39.5 per day. This price consists of 5.1) Aparment rent of EUR 25.9 5.2) Utility fee cap of approx. EUR 6.2 5.3) Workation infrastructure charge of approx. EUR 4.6 5.4) Platform fees of approx. EUR 2.8 5.5) NOT INCLUDED: Security deposit of EUR 777,- Hence, the monthly price of approx. EUR 860 consists of the apartment rent of EUR 777,- and the applicable platform fees. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 5.1) RENT: The rent for the fully refurbished and renovated apartment with new windows, stylish furniture, and modern fittings is EUR 777 a month which equals EUR 25.9 a day. 5.2) UTILITY FEE CAP: In addition, all utility costs are included with a monthly cap of EUR 185, covering consumption for electricity, water & wastewater, gas, and the high-speed internet required for professional use as follows: Electricity: up to 200 kWh Water & wastewater: up to 10 m3 Gas: up to 200 kWh Internet: up to 1 Gbit, unlimited 5.3) WORKATION INFRASTRUCTURE: As this listing and the apartment are expressly NOT intended for tourist use, but are rented exclusively for professional or academic purposes, the apartment is specifically equipped with a dedicated workstation and advanced technological infrastructure (workation infrastructure). This includes a high-end wide-screen 4K display for razor-sharp text, images, and videos with high pixel density, true HDR for maximum color range and image quality, a high refresh rate for optimal dual-monitor work as well as 16:9 streaming, integrated high-quality speakers, and a professional conference webcam with high resolution, autofocus and exposure control, and high-grade microphone quality with noise reduction and directional recording. The functional desk is electrically height-adjustable to allow standing work, offers an ergonomic workspace for optimal positioning, and features an integrated cable management system.
