Alquiler piso con 2 baños Tona
MB SERVEIS IMMOBILIARIS opens the doors to a charming building in the heart of Tona. This early 20th-century building, recently renovated, blends original architecture with contemporary design to create two unique, brand-new apartments with approximately 110 square meters of living space. In a building with only three units, the first and second floors are currently available, offering spacious layouts, plenty of character, and all amenities within easy walking distance. What are these apartments like? The layout features a master suite with a spectacular walk-in closet, a second double bedroom, and a third single bedroom. Both apartments have built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms and hallway. The master suite's walk-in closet is unfurnished, allowing you to personalize it to your taste. There are two full bathrooms, both with showers. One includes a laundry area with space for a washer and dryer. The kitchen and dining area are located on the interior facade, in an open-plan space bathed in natural light thanks to the large windows that run the length of the facade. Architecture steeped in history, contemporary interior design. The renovation has preserved original features that give the building its character, such as the hydraulic tile floors, high ceilings, and generous spaces, typical of early 20th-century architecture. All of this is combined with modern interior design, creating homes with a unique personality. Another major attraction is the central air conditioning system, which provides both heating and cooling for year-round comfort. And all of this in an unbeatable location in the heart of Tona, with shops, schools, restaurants, services, and all the town's amenities just a short walk away.
